We also include a SHOUTCAST CONTROL PANEL coded by us personally. This Control Panel allows you to start/stop/restart your ShoutCast server whenever you want. It also allows you to modify the DJ and Admin password of your ShoutCast server. You can even modify your relay settings AND view listener graphs for your radio station.

• What is a shoutcast?
  A shoutcast is an audio internet "broadcast" similar to a radio station broadcast. SHOUTcast's underlying technology for audio delivery is MPEG Layer 3, also known as MP3 technology. All accounts can deliver audio or video live or on-demand.
• Are your streaming services compatible with SAM 3 Broadcaster?
  Yes.
• Can I broadcast video?
  Yes you may, for an extra fee of $10 per month which can be ordered during signup. You will need to download NSV (Nullsoft Streaming Video).
• Are the licensing fees included in the price for the SHOUTcast Streaming Server?
  No, licensing fees are not included. Please contact Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI), or The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP)
  For small webcasters LoudCity offers low cost music royalty plans.
• Can I broadcast 2 different streams?
  Yes, multiple server instances are allowed. You can have 2 different live streaming broadcasts in the same time.
• Can I broadcast at 128kbps or more? I don't want my stream to sound like an AM radio.
  Yes, you can. You may order a bitrate upgrade when you order your server.
• Do your SHOUTcast servers have a static IP?
  Yes, all accounts have static IPs.
• How do listeners tune in to SHOUTcast broadcasts?
  By using a media player compatible with streaming MP3 audio. Recommended players are:
  - Winamp for Windows.
  - Audion for Mac.
  - XMMS for Linux/X Windows.
• What broadcasting software besides Winamp's SHOUTcast Plugin do you recommend?
  SAM3 Broadcaster from Spacial audio.
• Can I host SHOUTcast on my computer and have your servers relay my stream?
  Yes, you can stream to our servers directly or we can setup your server as a relaying SHOUTcast Server.
